• R&D Professional with 23 years of experience in Multinational companies: Johnson & Johnson (Personal Care) and Nivea-Beiersdorf

• Responsible for product development and launching at Nivea/Beiersdorf for Suncare, Face and Body Moisturizers, Intimal, Men, Bar soaps, Deodorant and Antiperspirants (Aerosols, Roll-on and Squeeze).

• Regional LATAM Technical Leader for Sundown Sun Care line up at Johnson & Johnson, Market leader brand in Brazil and worked in paralel with others sun brands: RoC, Neutrogena, Piz Buin. Responsable for Global/Regional R&D projects for Clean&Clear (Acne treatment) and worked with Johnson’s Baby lineup (Lotion and Shower).

• Solid knowledge in formulation of alchoolic solutions, emulsions (aniônic, catiônic, W/O, O/W, Si/W and Si/O), aerosol (bulk and pack), cleanser, claims and clinical supports for cosmetic products, raw material and process development (pilot plant and manufactory).

• High background in Legal / Patents topics, Regulatory, Consumer Habits/Insights and magazines support. Knowledge in physical-chemistry working in Biophysical Group with methodologies and claims development for skin and hair technologies.
